Phillip Marress was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being caught on tape running into several cars stopped at an intersection before flipping his vehicle and hitting a police cruiser. The dash cam of the police cruiser managed to catch the whole incident clearly, showing Marress’s vehicle turning from a side street into the multi-lane intersection and driving directly into the stopped vehicles. Marress admitted to the ambulance crew that he had had a double shot and two beers on top of taking Percocet. Fortunately no one was seriously injured in the incident.
