Two Drivers Possibly Charged with DUI in Rollover Crash

A moment of indiscretion can cause a lifetime of grief. A car accident is one thing, but someone who gets into an accident while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is looking at a long term in prison and a permanent record that may prevent employment opportunities and darken the reputation of the driver involved, even if no real damage was done.

Two drivers, both suspected of driving under the influence, were involved in a rollover crash on the Schuylkill Expressway in late February. They crashed in a tunnel, forcing authorities to briefly close the highway as the wreckage was cleared. One person involved in the accident was taken to the hospital for minor injuries and the police are expected to charge both drivers with DUI.
