It is very important for a DUI lawyer such as myself, who specializes in only DUI cases, to continue learning about DUI situations, DUI cases, especially involving breath test cases and blood test cases. It’s very important that we continue going to seminars throughout the country, mastering scientific evidence, other seminars to keep learning to try DUI cases. It’s also very important that we keep up on the case law here in the state of Pennsylvania, because constantly cases throughout Pennsylvania, DUI cases, are going up to the appellate level, to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, involving DUI cases that we have to know about. So it’s very important that a competent DUI lawyer, that’s evaluating a DUI case, will know exactly what’s going to happen to that case when it’s going through the criminal system.
