In Delaware, a 55 year old man was arrested on October 12th for allegedly hitting two young men who were walking down the road.
The two young men were taken to the hospital, where one victim was pronounced dead. The other victim was treated for minor injuries before he was released. Police reported that the driver of the car had been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. The man was taken in to custody.
