According to authorities, celebrity bakery chef, “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro, 37, of Montville, New Jersey, has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of drunken-driving. Valastro was pulled over by NYPD officers after receiving a complaint that the reality show star had been seen driving his 2014 Corvette erratically in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood at approximately 12:30 a.m. Officers state that Valastro smelled of alcohol as well as having bloodshot eyes. Officers administered a Breathalyzer test which he failed. Later tests indicated Valastro had a blood alcohol content of 0.09 percent, which is above the legal limit is 0.08 percent.
Valastro appeared in court, but refused to enter a plea and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 6th, 2015.
