Well, if someone has received a DUI in the state of Pennsylvania, they obviously want an attorney who is experienced, or even more importantly, specializes in DUI defense. Obviously, in my practice, I only do DUI defense. I don’t handle any other cases but DUIs. Also, I am a member of the National College of DUI Defense Lawyers, and I go to conferences across the country, and more importantly, I keep up on the DUI case law in the state of Pennsylvania. There has been a change of law after 2004, so it’s very important that you hire a DUI lawyer who understands the new case law.
