How does the legal limit in PA compare to the rest of the country?

After 2004 in the state of Pennsylvania, the legal limit has been reduced from .10 to .08, which is now it’s .08 or above. Now, at a .08 limit it doesn’t take a lot. It doesn’t take a lot of drinks. That depends on someone’s height, weight, whether they’re male or female, the metabolism rate. There’s a lot that goes into it on exactly what the BAC level will be, but it is a .08 limit here in the state of Pennsylvania and it has been for approximately eight years now.
